Welcome to Church Street
FLU CAMPAIGN 2020/21
Please do not contact Reception to book an appointment.
It is important that we take all the necessary steps to provide a safe vaccination programme this year for our patients who meet the Influenza vaccination criteria.
If you meet the Eligible Flu criteria, please avail of the Flu vaccine this year. It is more important than ever this year to have the vaccine. For more Information:
The vaccination programme will officially begin on 1st October 2020 for Northern Ireland. If you are 'eligible ' for the Flu Vaccination this year, we will contact you either by invitation letter or telephone with an appointment date & time.
We will be running separate clinics for individual risk groups. Invites will be sent out in batches as per clinic dates and venues during October and November 20.
We will endeavour to invite eligible family members together, but unfortunately this may not always be possible.
Please be patient while we set up these clinics. Appointment slots are limited so we would appreciate if you can attend the allocated appointment slot offered to you, however, only in exceptional circumstances if you are not able to attend, please telephone Reception between 3.00pm & 5.30pm daily to let us know either if you do not wish to have the vaccine or need to change your appointment time.
If you or any member of your family are self isolating or experiencing symptoms of Covid 19 you should not attend for your flu vaccine.
We are dealing with increased call volumes currently, therefore we cannot answer queries in relation to Flu appointments outside of these times.
We very much appreciate your co-operation during this very busy period. Thank you.

We hope to use our surgery website as a way of presenting all our patients with an up to date resource for all information relating to our practice. We will keep it current with any news, developments & details that are relevant to the practice & our patients.
There are three practices at the Surgery, these practices provide general medical services for a geographical area from the surgery premises. The practices aim to provide a caring and efficient service to their patients, covering all aspects of healthcare. We place particular emphasis on health promotion and preventative medicine.
Each partner uses his/her particular skills or interests to the benefit of the partnership. Patients will be registered with the practice and not with an individual GP, although appointment requests for a particular GP can be made. If you express a preference for a particular doctor, however, this may result in a delay in booking an appointment. The information contained in this website is intended to allow our staff and ourselves to provide our patients with a high quality, efficient service.
Have a look around our website and please do send us some feedback. We can use your thoughts to improve our online services & further develop the website to make it a more useful, practical application for our patients.
