PLEASE SPEAK TO A RECEPTIONIST IF YOU REQUIRE HELP ORGANISING THIS. WHEN YOUR NOMINATED PHARAMCIST IS COLLECTING YOUR SCRIPT PLEASE ALLOW SOME EXTRA TIME PRIOR TO COLLECTING SO AS THEY CAN HAVE YOUR MEDICATION READY FOR YOU.

IF YOU HAVE A CONCERN WHICH YOU FEEL NEEDS MEDICAL ADVICE, PLEASE PHONE THE SURGERY AND THE STAFF WILL CHECK THE REASON FOR YOUR CALL, YOU MAY THEN BE PLACED ON A TELEPHONE TRIAGE LIST FOR A DOCTOR TO CALL YOU BACK. PLEASE NOTE THIS MAY NOT ALWAYS BE WITH YOUR SPECIFIED NAMED GP.

NON URGENT ADMINISTRATION: SUBJECT ACCESS TO RECORD REQUESTS. This will be prioritised and may take longer than usual.

We hope to use our surgery website as a way of presenting all our patients with an up to date resource for all information relating to our practice. We will keep it current with any news, developments & details that are relevant to the practice & our patients.

There are two practices at the Surgery, these practices provide general medical services for a geographical area from the surgery premises. The practices aim to provide a caring and efficient service to their patients, covering all aspects of healthcare. We place particular emphasis on health promotion and preventative medicine.

Each partner uses his/her particular skills or interests to the benefit of the partnership. Patients will be registered with the practice and not with an individual GP, although appointment requests for a particular GP can be made. If you express a preference for a particular doctor, however, this may result in a delay in booking an appointment/telephone consultation. The information contained in this website is intended to allow our staff and ourselves to provide our patients with a high quality, efficient service.

Have a look around our website and please do send us some feedback. We can use your thoughts to improve our online services & further develop the website to make it a more useful, practical application for our patients.
